By accessing this website, booking a consultation, or engaging with any of our services, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions.

If you do not agree with any part of these terms, please discontinue use of this website and do not proceed with booking a consultation.

Dn. Kainat Akram provides the following professional nutritional services:

• In-Person Consultations: Available at Burewala Hospital & Medical Centre, Lahore–Multan Road, Burewala, between 3:00 PM and 7:00 PM on scheduled days.
• Online Consultations: Conducted via WhatsApp video or audio call for clients who cannot attend in person.
• Fiverr Consultations: International clients may book through the Fiverr platform at the rates and terms listed on the respective Fiverr gig.
• Personalised Diet Plans: Written nutritional and dietary plans tailored to individual health goals and conditions.
• Follow-up Sessions: Progress review sessions to monitor results and adjust plans as required.

All services are provided by Dn. Kainat Akram, a qualified Consultant Nutritionist & Dietitian holding a Bachelor's degree from the Institute of Food Science & Nutrition, Bahauddin Zakariya University, Multan.

To ensure the best possible care, the following consultation policies apply to all clients:

• Clients must provide accurate and complete health information including current medications, medical conditions, allergies, and dietary preferences prior to or during the consultation.
• Withholding relevant health information may result in advice that is inappropriate for your condition. Dn. Kainat Akram bears no liability for outcomes resulting from incomplete or inaccurate information provided by the client.
• Nutritional advice and diet plans provided are intended for the named client only and should not be shared with or followed by other individuals without a separate consultation.
• Follow-up consultations are recommended for all ongoing health conditions to allow for monitoring and plan adjustments.
• Clients under the care of a physician or specialist should inform Dn. Kainat Akram of their medical treatment at the time of consultation.

Consultation fees are set by Dn. Kainat Akram and may vary depending on the type of consultation, duration, and complexity of the case. The following payment terms apply:

• Fees for in-person consultations are payable at the time of the appointment at the clinic.
• Fees for online consultations are to be agreed upon and confirmed before the session begins, and are payable via the method communicated by Dn. Kainat Akram.
• Fiverr consultations are governed by Fiverr's payment and refund policies.
• All fees quoted are inclusive of the consultation and any initial diet plan prepared during or immediately after the session.
• Fees are subject to change without prior notice. The fee applicable to your consultation will be confirmed at the time of booking.

We do not store payment card details on this website. All payment transactions are the responsibility of the respective platform (WhatsApp, Fiverr, or in-person cash).

We understand that circumstances can change. The following cancellation and rescheduling policies are in place to respect both the client's time and the practitioner's schedule:

• Cancellations with 24+ hours notice: You may reschedule or cancel your appointment without any charge. Please notify us via WhatsApp at +92 304 5330177.
• Cancellations within 24 hours: A partial consultation fee may be charged to cover the reserved appointment slot.
• No-shows: Clients who fail to attend a scheduled appointment without notice may be charged the full consultation fee for that session.
• Rescheduling: You may reschedule your appointment up to 24 hours in advance subject to availability.

Exceptions may be made at Dn. Kainat Akram's discretion in cases of genuine emergency. Please communicate promptly if you are unable to attend.

Any personal health information you share with Dn. Kainat Akram — including medical history, dietary habits, weight, test results, or health conditions — is treated with the strictest professional confidentiality.

Your health information will:

• Never be sold, rented, or disclosed to third parties for commercial purposes.
• Only be shared with other healthcare professionals with your explicit written or verbal consent.
• Be retained only for as long as necessary to provide your ongoing care or as required by professional standards.

Clients consent to Dn. Kainat Akram retaining consultation notes and diet plan records for the duration of their care and a reasonable period thereafter for professional record-keeping purposes.

All content published on kainatakram.com — including but not limited to text, images, diet plan templates, graphics, logos, and nutritional information articles — is the intellectual property of Dn. Kainat Akram and is protected under applicable copyright and intellectual property laws.

You may not:

• Copy, reproduce, republish, or redistribute any content from this website without prior written permission.
• Use any content from this website for commercial purposes or in any context that misrepresents the source.
• Share personalised diet plans prepared for you with others as a substitute for their own professional consultation.

Dn. Kainat Akram provides nutritional advice based on the information provided by the client at the time of consultation and to the best of her professional knowledge and experience. However:

• Results from nutritional interventions vary from person to person and cannot be guaranteed.
• Dn. Kainat Akram is not liable for any adverse outcomes resulting from the client's failure to follow advice as given, failure to disclose relevant medical information, or self-modification of a prescribed diet plan.
• This website and its content are provided on an "as is" basis. We make no representations or warranties of any kind, express or implied, about the completeness, accuracy, or suitability of the information on this site.
• In no event shall Dn. Kainat Akram be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising out of the use of, or inability to use, this website or services.

These Terms & Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Islamic Republic of Pakistan. Any disputes arising from or in connection with these terms or the use of our services shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Vehari District, Punjab, Pakistan.

If any provision of these terms is found to be invalid or unenforceable by a court of competent jurisdiction, the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect.
